Applications are open for Registered Midwives to join Armadale Health Service and become part of the team at one of our most inclusive hospitals within East Metropolitan Health Services (EMHS). The role provides an opportunity to practice women centred care within the scope of practice for a registered Midwife.
A community focussed model of Maternity care that provides a collaborative and integrative services to address the needs of the women and their families. Our Midwives can work across a range of both ambulatory and non-ambulatory services, including Antenatal; Intrapartum/Birthing, Postnatal and community/ancillary services. All our EMHS Midwives are provided an opportunity to gain experience in our well-established Midwifery Group Practice including the award winning Boodjari Yorgas service supporting Aboriginal maternal health and wellbeing. There are ongoing opportunities to apply for promotional roles within both inpatient and outpatient .
