Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing phone calls, emails, and calendars.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate and client databases.
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
Assist in writing and posting job advertisements
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
