Your new role
As a Broker Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting new and existing brokers using the platform with general enquiries, onboarding requirements and compliance. You will also be a key point of contact to other stakeholders, including lenders and business partners.
You will work alongside and in partnership with the Business Development and Practice management teams to support and deliver an exceptional experience and customer service to brokers.
This is a permanent position with fantastic career progression. We are looking for an energetic and confident communicator who will always put the customer first.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage inbound enquiries (phone, online, mail)
Act as the main liaison between brokers, clients and lenders
Manage new broker onboarding and offboarding requirements
Ensure all broker enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally
Support the accreditation process for new brokers
Effectively manage Broker profiles on the CRM and Aggregation Platform
Support lenders and other business partners with their enquiries and requests
Supporting business development managers and the wider operations team
Drive customer acquisition and retention through superior customer service
Identify and escalate any potential risk issues
Your skills and experience
Residential experience!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and have acute attention to detail
You're tech savvy and can pick up new systems easily
Problem solving skills
You understand what it means to work in a process driven and time demanding environment and do so with ease.
Knowledge of finance broking compliance requirements highly desirable
You're great at building and maintaining relationships.
