About the role The Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing proactive administrative support to the CEOs Office, the Manager of Council & Executive Services and to the broader Council & Executive Services department to enable effective delivery of both departments objectives.
Work type: Temporary Full Time Classification: Band 6 $90,263 - $97,365 (pa plus super)
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver a range of day-to-day department administrative activities, proactively and effectively within agreed timelines, such as:
Provide support to the CEOs office working along side the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Coordinate and support the running of department meetings and functions
