SEEKING ALL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ESTIMATORS FOR MULTIPLE PERTH-BASED ROLES
We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Building Estimators for our Perth-based residential building construction clients.
Candidates with diverse experience including industrial, single and double storey residential, and/or experience in high end residential home projects are all encouraged to apply.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include producing accurate estimates, conducting material take-offs, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining essential documentation. We value proactive individuals with strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Proven experience in the residential building industry
Proficiency in general mathematics
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
