ConsultANZ is experiencing strong and controlled growth in the bourgeoning engineering, construction and mining sectors and is looking to bring on a suitable experienced Recruitment Consultant to assist in managing the growth they are experiencing.

The company has a growing order book of both contract and permanent recruitment requirements to service and are involved in some innovative recruitment campaigns.
Main Duties
As a Core Recruitment Consultant, you will be working very closely with the Recruitment Director and initially will manage and build relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with new clients. You will be expected to manage your own live accounts in a role which requires you interface on a daily basis with both the clients and prospective candidates, technically interview prospective candidates, conduct client meetings to manage and maintain existing relationships and also develop new relationships, negotiate on business terms, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Duties include but are not limited to
Receiving and recording job vacancies
Writing job adverts according to the specific requirements from clients
Screening Candidates to shortlist, interview and conduct required testing (Question-based/Psychological testing)
Conduct constant engagement with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Business Development of existing clients and developing new clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Ideally, hold a tertiary degree or qualification in some form of Psychology or related study to Recruitment.
Have 2 years or more Recruitment experience, ideally with an external recruitment agency.
Have proven understanding of engineering and construction techniques whether it be in a building or civil environment, experience in civil engineering or mining recruitment sectors would be highly advantageous.
Previous experience with Psychometric testing would be advantageous.
Has good experience with CRM Systems, JobAdder or CATS systems or similar would be ideal.
Must have good experience with LinkedIn and other online job boards and recruitment platforms.
Must have experience with Cloud-based management systems like SharePoint or OneDrive.
Be a self-starter, can work with limited input and supervision and run a 360-recruitment desk.
Can run a recruitment process from start to finish, including effective screening resumes, interview potential candidates, arrange interviews and ultimately successfully place candidates.
Genuinely enjoy communicating with people either on the phone or in-person
