The Role
Internal HR Recruitment Officer in our Subiaco Head office.
In this internal recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of predominantly blue, and some white-collar employees to support operational requirements while fostering our strong company culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with divisional Managers and Site Administration teams, this role will be part of a wider international HR team providing support, assistance, and advice to various sites across Australia
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding employees to support operational requirements across all divisions Australia-wide, while complying with all HR systems, processes, and procedures.
