Working in a highly successful and driven team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales initiatives for our clients’ developments and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Current Real Estate Licence.
- Project marketing sales experience, ideally with off the plan apartments and land / home packages.
- Ability to service leads and enquirers to ensure business sales objectives are exceeded.
- Experience in developing and executing residential marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
