Our client, a multi-national scientific organisation are seeking a technically minded and passionate customer service consultant to work in their Service & Support team!
As a Service Operation Coordinator, youll be the crucial link between customers and the Service team. You will be the main contact for customers needing instrument repairs. Coordinating with Field Service Engineers to ensure timely scheduling, job completion, and accurate billing, all while delivering an excellent customer experience!
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries via telephone and Salesforce.
Dispatching Service Orders to engineers, scheduling and confirming bookings.
Liaising between customers and engineers, keeping both informed of job booking changes.
Ensuring service levels are met and proactively addressing risks of non-compliance.
Handling parts order processing and fulfillment.
Prioritizing delivery for Key Accounts and Priority customers.
