Are you looking for an opportunity to embrace a new adventure in the beautiful rural landscapes of Western Australia? Our client is seeking a hands-on Print Services Supervisor to join their operation based in a remote town approximately 4 hours from the coastal paradise of Esperance.



In this role, you’ll lead a small team in delivering exceptional managed print services to our customers across the region. You’ll be the master coordinator – scheduling resources, setting priorities, and ensuring SLAs are met through your team’s diligent work. More than just management, you’ll also get to roll up your sleeves and apply your technical troubleshooting skills for networking, client/server, and cloud printing issues.



What you’ll be doing:

– Supervise team of 5-6 print services professionals both onsite and remotely

– Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution

– Ensure smooth service delivery through effective scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation

– Hands-on troubleshooting of printing infrastructure, networks, servers, and applications

– Manage team performance through coaching, reviews, remuneration, and professional development

– Oversee budgets, revenue forecasting, and cost control for the service delivery area

– Collaborate with client managers and leaders to align service strategy



What you’ll need:

– Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team (preferably in Print Services or similar industry)

– High understanding of managed print services, printing networks/infrastructure

– Ability to build great relationships with customers and client managers

– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

– Troubleshooting skills for networking (TCP/IP), client/server, and cloud platforms

– Valid driver’s license and clearances for regional travel
