After 8-10 hours, it's time to unwind at a nearby accommodation, all expenses covered. Rest up for another day of work ahead. A standard service typically spans 3-4 days at a customer’s site.

Upon completion, return to Melbourne where you have the flexibility to work remotely or join us at our office near Melbourne Airport. We prioritise work-life balance, ensuring you're home for the weekend.

While schedules may vary to meet customer needs, be assured that all your time, including travel, is compensated accordingly. Plus overtime is rewarded for any additional hours worked each day.

Typically it takes 1-2 years to be fully trained in our specialised equipment so you’ll be provided with comprehensive training to ensure your success.

At GEA our values are Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, Passion and Excellence. As an equal opportunity employer we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and cultures and encourage individuals from all walks of life to apply.

If you possess a willingness to learn and believe you have what it takes to join our team, then we want to hear from you.
