BelleVue Machinery Swan Hill are currently seeking a Service Technician for a full-time position. To be considered for this role applicants will need to be able to exhibit the following skills and experience:
- Trade qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work cohesively, efficiently and effectively in a team environment, with consideration, respect, honesty, integrity and accountability
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written literacy and numeracy skills to provide information, advice to other employees, contractors and customers.
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner with due regard for both employee and customer safety
- Working knowledge of plant and machinery principles and repair methods
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
Your tasks will include:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel engines and associated machinery
- Complete scheduled maintenance like cleaning, fuelling, oil changes, and part replacement
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, recording data
- Install new products, and test to ensure working correctly
- Order parts where needed for repairs
- Prepare workspaces and arrange equipment for use
The successful applicant will be remunerated to a high standard with the following package inclusions:
