Job Description:
As the Customer Development Analyst, you will provide account management and excellence across trade planning, promotional activity, ongoing range management & financial claims management to support the delivery of the budgeted convenience team & market share targets.
You will also maintain ongoing reporting including Inventory, Service Level and New Product Reports and communicate regularly with convenience customers regarding product launches, promotions, and deletions, as well as responding to other ad hoc requests.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work collaboratively with Convenience customers to ensure that the activation plans & promotions are executed
Maintain ongoing reporting for Convenience customers including inventory reporting, service level reporting and new line tracking
Build monthly updates to send out to Convenience customers that include new line product launches, deletions, and promotions.
Support the broader team with any customer requests ? for example point of sale requirements or sourcing product information
