Join JLL as our Centre Manager based at one of Sydney?s most progressive dining and lifestyle destinations. This mixed-use precinct is renowned for hosting some incredible events and houses over 40 major retailers across 5 floors.
Your focus in this role is to provide a high level of service to the client, maximising the return of investment for the centre, tenant retention, and minimising risk by leading and developing our onsite team.
Other key responsibilities include;
Complying with all Acts of Legislation
Meeting appropriate deadlines imposed by the client and our Portfolio Manager
Having a thorough understanding and appreciation for the market environment, including competition, development proposals and infrastructure
Ensuring accurate records of all documentation are being maintained including tenancy schedule, financial statements, leases, and retailer files
Preparing annual budget, business plan, marketing plan, and monthly reports
Administering the leases ensuring that correct charges are raised, reviews are done on
