Chef is trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialized cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties.
Ordering and stock control including wastage, rotation, safe food handling and stock takes as required.
Assists the Executive Chef and were necessary operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop. This role is for someone who is keen to commit to a solid tenure.
