Scope & Overall Purpose of the Job:
As a Lease Administrator, you will provide outstanding and consistent support to the Property team and broader internal clients across the portfolio. Your role will involve managing accurate lease-related information and ensuring high-quality data input in all systems.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively within the Property team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of predominantly Industrial leases.
Examine executed leases and other tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up, and maintenance in ProLease.
Review tenant-specific details, including billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing, and rent reviews.
Liaise with landlords regarding repairs and maintenance obligations.
Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system.
Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders as required.
Maintain data entry accuracy and documentation collection.
Complete site account reconciliations.
Conduct and facilitate lease audits.
Support invoicing and payments of all rent, outgoings, land tax, insurance, etc., via Oracle,
