Located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, we are looking for a Payroll Team Leader to join a large NFP organisation. With upwards of 10,000 employees, we would like to speak to candidates who have previously held a Team Leader position, leading 3 employees in a large volume environment. Alternatively we would also like to see any applications from Payroll Managers in smaller environments who would like to gain volume payroll experience. The role: As a Payroll Team Leader reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of 5 employees alongside the Payroll Manager
Efficiently coordinating end to end payroll operations within a comprehensive payroll system.
Reconciliation of employee pay and accrued leave entitlements.
Managing the processing of documentation for new hires and departures.
