About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager, with solid experience in complex behaviours, for two of our sites in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will manage and lead the day to day operations in two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. With your strong coaching and mentoring skills, you will support a team of Disability Support Workers to develop and implement best practice.
