We are currently seeking applications for suitably qualified and experienced Welders with extensive Workshop/ Marine fabrication experience to join our great local team in Henderson, WA.



The Role:

You will possess a commitment to work as a team player, be adaptable to a changing environment, have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be prepared to work overtime and in remote locations when required to carry out the following duties;

Perform welding in accordance with approved weld procedures and codes;
Interpret welding symbols to ensure correct welding techniques;
Carry out basic maintenance of welding machine and equipment to keep a clean and safe work area; and
Follow all workshop and site safety requirements.



The successful candidates must have previous workshop experience and be able to demonstrate the following essential personal attributes and skills:

Sound knowledge of Welding, including piping and platework.
Sound knowledge of Welding on Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Alloy Nickel and Chrome Alloy.
TIG/FCAW/GTAW welding experience, both manual and semi-automated.
Trade Qualified.
5+ years’ trade experience.
Ensure all activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Able to identify and report potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions.
Confined Space Entry and Working Safely at Heights.

Desirable Tickets (not essential)

Elevated Work Platform
Recognised training certification in rigging, dogging & forklift.
