Long Established Seafood Restaurant (EST 1995), Wharf Restaurant & Take Away, is looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Waiter to join our kitchen team:
Responsibilities
• Offering a warm welcome to our customers and verifying their reservations;
• Accommodating new reservations and seamlessly integrating them into our booking system;
• Accepting orders while recommending enticing menu selections and daily specials to guests;
• Upholding the impeccable cleanliness of our bar areas, glassware, and all utilized equipment;
• Ensuring tables are promptly cleared post-service, with glasses and plates picked up, and preparations are made for ensuing service;
• Striving to achieve absolute customer satisfaction, while diligently adhering to workplace safety guidelines and hygienic practices;
• Contributing to uphold the exemplary customer service standards set by the employer;
• Executing other related and incidental duties as directed by the employer.
Requirement
• at least 1 year of relevant experience
• An excellent communicator with the ability to mentor and train others.
• A positive, vibrant member to join our diverse team and be a team player.
• Must be a clean and organised worker, able to work independently or under instructions, and able to work well under pressure in busy service times
Position: Full Time
Salary: $66,000 – 72,000 per year
