Long Established Seafood Restaurant (EST 1995), Wharf Restaurant & Take Away, is looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Chef to join our kitchen team:
Responsibilities
• Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;
• Monitoring and managing stock levels;
• Estimating food costs and managing the budget;
• Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices;
• Hiring, training and managing kitchen staff;
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
• Must be a clean and organised worker, able to work independently or under instructions, and able to work well under pressure in busy service times
Position: Full Time
Salary: $74,000 – 84,000 per year
