Job Responsibilities:-
- Execute business strategies to grow the business and meet annual sales targets and profitability for the company
- Engage in sales activities by exploring new markets, identifying and developing new accounts
- Establishment of relationships with existing and potential clients
- To improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team
- Motivate and maintain a high level of morale and positive culture among the team
- To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Requirements:-
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 3 years experience in the building material industry.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and fit into the multi-tasking work culture
