You will work in a collaborative team of Early Childhood professionals to support the growth and development of children in play based indoor/outdoor program. You will develop and implement innovative children's educational programs in collaboration with staff, families, and children. This will include planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children and creating inclusive, secure, and interactive learning environments. Sound knowledge of current theory in practice, pedagogy and contemporary early years reforms will compliment Council?s Early Years team.
