Key responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:
• Evaluate customer requirements, raise and review both quotes and contracts
• Convert customer orders to POS
• Insure appropriate supporting documentation meets customer requirements
• Liaise with customers
• Manage customer projects / contracts
• To follow up and analyse quotes, providing an analytical concise analysis
• Work closely with the operations and finances teams
• Maintain and update information in the Pipedrive CRM program
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with hose products
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Process-orientated, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
Desirable attributes:
• Experience in the Hose and/or Pipe Industry
• Exposure to NATA, ISO, AS, EN, and API standards.
• Used Syteline or similar ERP system
• Phone/email order processing
