Our client that specializes in industrial and electrical products is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team!
This role will require to provide an exceptional level of service to established and prospective customers relating to all company products. You will assist customers in understanding our products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
Also responsible for delivering an effortless customer experience with emphasis on Premier accounts by ensuring all customer requirements are completely met through proactive communication, high quality service and by being customer focused. To contribute to achieving the company sales objectives through value added activities.
