The Role
Greeting visitors and ensuring they meet entry requirements and sign in via the entry device.
Assisting with incoming phone calls, taking messages, and escalating communication as required.
Ensuring that the communal environments remain tidy and report any areas for improvement.
Ensuring admission and discharge processes are followed in conjunction with the Home Manager and Admissions Team Leader.
Conducting tours as required in conjunction with the Home Manager and Group Admissions Coordinator.
