This is a newly established office, so we require a person who whilst primarily is Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant, however, the role also involves some admin work, reception.

You will be working within an accounting firm, providing bookkeeping services to a variety of small businesses.
Key responsibilities
Your major role will be to support the Senior Bookkeeper in getting the work completed.
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Processing Payroll
Processing Quarterly Superannuation
Review of Bookkeeping Work
Preparation and Review of IAS and BAS
Software Training
Meeting with clients and maintaining quality client relationships
Skills and experience
Experience utilising Xero and Quickbooks Online is a must
Experience with E-commerce bookkeeping is favourable
