Samson Beach is looking an experienced Chef to work at their bistro and tavern to cook up a storm for the many tourist that come to Point Samson to explore the marine-life rich islands and reef of the Dampier Archipelago.
The Chef will take on the following responsibilities:
1) Prepare and cook food, using different techniques and advise on cooking procedures
2) Monitor and maintain quality of dishes at all stages from preparation to presentation
3) Maintain hygiene standards according to the regulations (HACCP)
4) Assist with preparation and planning of menus along with the team
5) Monitor and record of inventory, and ordering supplies if necessary
6) Supervising and Training new staff
Skills and experience:
1) A minimum of 2 years experiences
2) Relevant qualification like Cert IV commercial cookery is preferred
3) Strong organisational and management skills
4) Creative and passionate about food
Annual salary start from : $73,150
