About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will manage stock procurement, scheduling, and fleet allocation, which includes linehaul and metro haulage services to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Duties
Fielding and resolving enquiries within an appropriate time frame.
Providing first-call resolution whilst addressing customer expectations.
Daily schedule management to achieve service outcomes.
