MPI are currently seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to join our client, one of Australia's major gold mines. This role is offered as permanent from the beginning, signing directly with the client with no labour hire periods to consider. Some of the requirements of your role will include:
Successfully develop and mentor a team by supporting the crew and addressing any issues
Collaborate with the crew to connect and set clearly defined accountabilities, roles, and development plans
Prioritise improvement opportunities and compose alternatives to systems and methods
