What do you need to have?
AHPRA Registration in Australia
Proven experience and dedication to Aged Care nursing
6 months minimum experience of working in Aged Care
Current Police Check (under 12 months old)
Working with Vulnerable Card (with NDIS endorsement) OR
NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
What will you be doing?
Provide compassionate and person-centered nursing care to elderly residents.
Collaborate with the Aged Care team to ensure residents' well-being and quality of life.
Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident assessments and interventions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Aged Care services.
