WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- You are responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenue of the hotel with a capacity of 200 rooms.
- Conduct ongoing competitor price and product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning and product offering relative to competition
- Complete various reports and analyse the data and recommend solutions to improve revenue
- In conjunction with the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Reservations Team.
- Assess, manage and analyse pricing strategies and Identify new revenue opportunities
- You provide the forecasts about the budget and you follow the preparation of annual budget revenues.
