We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Commify. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

- Prior experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and meeting customer retention goals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Competitive Salary range between $75,000 - $80,000
