SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full Time Customer Experience Agent to join the team in the Moreton Bay Region (North Lakes & Burpengary).
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing reservations and organising fleet
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
