Your responsibilities will include:.

Handling daily invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
Generating purchase orders and managing procurement needs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry, ensuring data integrity
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining multiple inboxes
Processing weekly timesheets
Performing general administrative tasks to support the team's operational efficiency.
