AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a proven Workplace Concierge to join the team and oversee front of house operations in our Melbourne office. 

What will a day in this role look like 

  • Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for client and internal meetings, maintaining composure during technical issues.  

  • Supporting the organization and running of business events  

  • Coordinate office facilities and contractors to ensure a clean, inviting, and compliant workspace. 

  • Collaborate effectively within a team, learning innovative technologies, solving problems efficiently, and adapting to changing conditions while maintaining a professional appearance. 

  • Manage access passes for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth visits.  

  • Handle maintenance and supply contracts, maintaining a customer-first approach.  

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work full time in our Melbourne office from 8:30am to 5pm.
