AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a proven Workplace Concierge to join the team and oversee front of house operations in our Melbourne office.
What will a day in this role look like
Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for client and internal meetings, maintaining composure during technical issues.
Supporting the organization and running of business events
Coordinate office facilities and contractors to ensure a clean, inviting, and compliant workspace.
Collaborate effectively within a team, learning innovative technologies, solving problems efficiently, and adapting to changing conditions while maintaining a professional appearance.
Manage access passes for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth visits.
Handle maintenance and supply contracts, maintaining a customer-first approach.
Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work full time in our Melbourne office from 8:30am to 5pm.
