Our amazing client partnership team is looking forward to collaborating with a “people ?rst” Senior Account Director to lead multiple exciting accounts in our growing APAC market. This is role is based in Sydney and with a reporting role to the Business Director.
Role Requirements:
• Big thinker yet hands-on in execution.

• Overall leader who runs the day to day, keeping the wheels moving and your client and team motivated.
• Work closely with Strategy Director to define and align all marketing activities with brand objectives
• Gatekeeper of the brand equity and quality control of work prior to it leaving the building.
• Manages overall client’s business, ensuring that we are delivering for the client’s business every day
• Navigate a portfolio of brands within a larger conglomerate or business group, and be deeply informed on the client’s business, including all campaign performance, any competitive, as well as product cycle
• Deep and more proactive understanding of the client’s business outside of our campaigns or the marketing context; advising clients on marketing strategies that will reach target audiences, creating consumer awareness, and promoting attributes of clients’ goods and services
• Researching potential market demand and identifying new qualified market opportunities for clients, as well as for the business
• Proactively identify needs of the client and business to sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve the most ef?cient returns & results on their overall marketing dollars, while delivering best in class work that help grow client business
• Strong foundational and working knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels. Well versed in common marketing and media principles with a strong understanding of the social media platforms and their ecosystems.
• Develop and execute Statements of Work, scope, tasks, timeline, budget, and development based on project requirements and plans.
• Manage all cross-functional teams during project lifecycle for all marketing campaigns projects, which includes creative, social and digital media content
• Analyse and present quarterly business results to all client partners
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least a Bachelor Degree in media and advertising or a highly relevant field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the media and advertising field, including at least one year account management experience in the Australian marketing landscape
• Possess skills in business strategy, digital asset management, digital media planning and buying, sales planning, relationship building, digital marketing, negotiation and communication skills, analytical skills, and people management.
