Job Title: Management Accountant

Salary: $73,156 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, project evaluation, and investment appraisal.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns.
Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and tax authorities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least two years of experience in management accounting.
Membership in a recognized accounting body (e.g., CPA Australia, CA ANZ, IPA) is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
