We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our team.
Our venues:
200+ seat restaurant & bar
Lunch and dinner 7 days
Breakfast on Saturday and Sundays
Modern open style venue with state of the art fit out
Tasks & Responsibilities of the role:
Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible
Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines
Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service
About you:
Trade Qualifications
Be able to work well in a team environment and lead by example
Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
Happy to work in a busy fast paced kitchen
Flexible availability of a 7 day/night roster
Work well under pressure
Appreciate quality and pay attention to detail
Be dedicated and passionate about furthering your career
Take pride in your work and appearance
Have full working rights
3 Years Industry Experience is required.
Having your own method transport to get to and from work is preferable.
