Overview
We’re looking for an ICT Security Specialist who’s passionate about technology to support our consulting, development teams and clients. We are a rapidly growing company that needs more hands-on deck.
We need an all-round problem solver; someone who’s keen on completing a wide variety of technical work from managing technical deployment, internal IT projects, and providing ad-hoc client support. We’ve several on-going projects at any given time so autonomy, flexibility and prioritization are key.
We primary use the Microsoft enterprise stack (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, etc) and are keen to adopt new technologies as they develop – and keep reliability! We are hoping you bring that same passion about technology to this position.
We prefer industry experience (i.e., IT support, IT management) however an equivalent passion/hobby in enterprise solutions is also okay. We love the work we do and want you too also.
We are targeting an ISO 27001 Certification and the role will play a key part in both obtaining and maintain this certification with internal implementation of best practice security processes.

Responsibilities
Work with our Tech Lead to continue to build and grow our IT team and services.
Capitalize on opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
End to end solution development, deployment, and support.
Help document changes and procedures.
Work with a range of clients from a variety of industries.
The Person We're Looking for Has:
A passion for developing with and embracing new technologies.
An interest in programming and automated deployments
An IT-related degree or certificate with at least a distinction average
Well-rounded support skills and experience
Experience We're Looking for:
Programming & Automation (e.g., PowerShell, SQL, Bash, PHP)
Understanding of networking and internet architecture (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Web Hosting, Routing)
Automated building & deployment (e.g., DevOps, PowerShell DSC)
Azure (preferred) or other cloud architecture (AWS, GCP) -- certifications are a bonus!
Cybersecurity Knowledge & Best Practices
Windows Server (e.g., Active Directory, IIS, RDP)
Windows Workstation (i.e., installation, maintenance, repair)
Familiarity with the Office Suite
Database Servers (i.e., MSSQL Server, MySQL Server)
Containers and Virtual Machines (i.e., Windows Containers, Docker)
Soft Skills
Ability to work with people at all experience levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – confident and credible.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
Fast learner.
