What youll do
Management of property and large loss claim files from assessment to settlement
Manage the insured/brokers claim expectations and explain in plain English policy response and how settlement achieved.
Assist fellow Claims Officers - we work as a team; this means that we distribute the workload to ensure that claims are handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
Provide Underwriters and Claims Manager with feedback from issues or risk deficiencies.
