A day in the life of a Team Leader
Due to our continued growth in our Melbourne team, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Rehab Consultants whilst managing a caseload of your own. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coaching a team of consultants
- Mentoring and training junior staff members
- Overseeing the team's performance and quality
- Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Undertaking initial, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return To Work barriers & strategies for clients across large customers
- Designing, implementing and monitoring RTW programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required
