The responsibilities of the role include:
• Overseeing the recruitment and selection of staff
• Performing supporting recruitment activities such as drug and alcohol and pre-employment reviews
• maintaining the HRMS (Employment Hero and payroll)
• providing expert Fair Work, Awards and legislative advice
• Developing HR induction process and conducting inductions were applicable
• Reviewing and advising recommendations on employee entitlements, packages, job roles and the organizational charge
• Negotiating contract terms with employees and labour hire agencies
• Conducing and advising on disciplinary and grievance cases
• Be a abreast with legislation and awards
• Review and update employment contract, variations, procedures, forms and other supporting templates
• Work closely and advising on people and cultural initiatives
To be successful in the role, you will need:
• Minimum of a Human Resources or Business bachelor degree, or higher
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role and level
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior emotional intelligence.
• Experience in manufacturing industry, advantageous.
