I am looking for a Site Administrator/Accounts Officer to join a construction company on a project based in Greater Darwin.
Your new role
This role is responsible for administrative and finance support to the Project Manager and the wider team on site during the project.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Financial Management:
Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, supporting cost control and project efficiency.
Administrative Support:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including document review, collation, and filing (e.g., white cards, licences, SWMS).
Maintain and update the Induction Register and conduct site
