PIZZA CHEFS - EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT, ESTABLISHED HOSPITALITY GROUP - PIZZA FOCUSED RESTAURANT
We're currently hiring kitchen staff for a new venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches for ULLO Pizza & Wine.
The venue features hand stretched, neapolitan leaning style of pizza that are cooked in a two level pizza master electric oven. Full kitchen team to support, you'll need to lead your section during busy services with 100+ pizza per night being made. We make everything in house from sauces to dough to focaccia & toppings.
New kitchen build, beach front location & strong team to support all new members in their ability to succeed in their role. Growth opportunities for the right candidates.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company currently operates two restaurants, a consulting company, a bottled drinks company and is looking to further grow.
Established in 2018, the core group have been working on the projects collectively for the last 4-5 years with a continued focus on growth.

All venues are located on the beaches, opportunity to move to new opportunities if there is a desire to do so.
THE ROLE + THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar position
Good knowledge and genuine interest in pizza creation, fermentation & modern Italian style cooking
Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle pressure and a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Fluent English and well groomed
Available to work some days, evenings and weekends. The venue will be serving lunch Friday to Sunday, dinner from Monday to Sunday.
