We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our college. This role is crucial for promoting our courses to both domestic and international students. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with agents and students, and monitoring sales performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Devise marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, as well as organize marketing events, to promote Bayside International College. These initiatives should effectively highlight the college’s strengths, engage target audiences, and drive enrollment growth.
• Advising and cooperate with the student service and the admission team on recruitment strategies, campaigns and enrolment management policies.
• Analyze enrollment and student preference data. Gather information from local employers, industry leaders, and organizations regarding skill preferences and educational quality demands.
• Undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing student enrolment policies
• Prepare and coordinate the production of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, and more.
• Oversee the publication of marketing content across social media platforms, including videos, posters, and other communications. Manage social media interactions with the public to establish and maintain loyalty connections.
• Organize education fairs and various events to promote our college and foster connections with potential agents and students. These activities should be designed to showcase our programs, highlight our strengths, and facilitate meaningful interactions that enhance our network and attract prospective enrollments.
• Identifying and connecting with potential education agents, regularly communicating to provide updates on our programs, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and collaborating on strategies to effectively promote our courses.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with student recruitment bodies and other international schools for co-programs.
Skills and Experience Requirements
We require you to have no less than 2 years of full-time relevant work experience as a marketing specialist. You need to be familiar with preparing, managing and publishing marketing contents across social media platforms. If you don’t have the relevant qualifications, you may have the equivalent years of relevant work experience substituting the need to have a relevant qualification.
