Details: ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) is seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced individuals, to fill the position of Head Chef (GSO9), within Custodial Operations. This position is based at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) in Hume.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the production of meals for a large number of people, both detainees & staff to ensure the highest quality of food quality is achieved & maintained.
