Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will assist managing the day-to-day operations of the Venue. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader you will have a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and have a genuine passion for outstanding guest service. In this hands-on role you will be expected to work alongside our developing team to consistently provide support and guidance. You will be expected to have knowledge of our food and beverage lists and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons and have a current RSA, knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.
