SEEKING ALL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ESTIMATORS FOR PERTH BASED ROLE
We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Building Estimators for our Perth-based residential building construction client. Candidates with diverse experience including industrial, single and double storey residential, and experience in high end residential home projects are all encouraged to apply.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include producing accurate estimates, conducting material take-offs, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining essential documentation. We value proactive individuals with strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Proven experience in the residential building industry
Proficiency in general mathematics
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
