We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to assist with the night operations of the hotel. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for completing overnight audit duties while also providing friendly and professional service to our valued guests.
Your typical duties will include:
- Maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports, while working closely with the Night Manager.
- Providing exceptional customer service as you check-in/check-out guests and assist with general enquiries at the Front Desk.
- Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift
